# TokenFi Staking The TokenFi Staking Program will allow users to stake their TokenFi tokens to earn $TOKEN rewards. Users will be able to stake their TokenFi tokens for a duration of three months, one year, two years, and four years on both the BNB and ETH chains. Staking for longer periods will yield better rewards. When the TokenFi token launched, 7% of the total $TOKEN supply was allocated to the TokenFi Staking Program.
